Featured wine
Nature Screaming
A Cabernet Sauvignon with nothing added — not yeast, not sugar, not even sulfites. The grapes ferment on their own, the way nature intended.
- Native yeast — fermented only on the grapes’ own yeasts
- No added sulfites — a true no-intervention wine
- Dry red — 100% Cabernet Sauvignon
Our story
Started at 21. Still family-owned.
Joseph Zakon grew up being taught that wine was meant to be special — yet the kosher wine on the shelves was anything but. In 1981, at just 21, he opened his own winery, becoming the youngest person licensed and bonded by both New York State and the federal government to run one.
Together with his wife Michelle, he has spent more than four decades proving that kosher wine can stand beside any other.
